Pacific Medical Administrative Group (PMAG) is one of the largest Independent Physician Associations (IPA) for independent practices in Hawaii. PMAG works with Partners for Quality Health (PQH), a Management Services Organization, to guide physicians in applying these strategies in their practices to maximize their potential for quality patient care and sustainable growth. PQH’s services support primary care and specialty practices through the development of the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Patient Centered Medical Neighborhood (PCMN) programs for Hawai’i.

With over 700 physicians providing professional services for over 86,000 PPO and HMO covered lives, PMAG’s valued member physicians continue to lead the way in providing high quality and patient-centered care.
PMAG contracts with PQH to manage patient referrals to providers outside of the HMSA Pacific Health Care HMO network. PMAG physicians may submit out-of-network referral requests here.
